Matcha Green Tea Gluten Free Waffles
Vegan. Gluten free. Refined sugar free. Paleo friendly.



½ cup buckwheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon fresh ground vanilla (more if using extract)
1 tablespoon flax meal
1 tablespoon coconut sugar
2 tablespoon Greenwild Culinary Matcha
¾ cup your choice of plant milk
1 tablespoon coconut oil


  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together.
  2. Gradually whisk in your milk.
  3. Whisk in your coconut oil
  4. Cook to your liking in your preheated waffle machine.
  5. Top with your choice of fruit & maple syrup!
