All returns must be advised in writing within 14 days from receipt of your order. You can email hello@greenwild.com.au with a copy of your Invoice and reason for return. Once your claim has been approved our customer service department will contact you and advise collection and refund options. Our Returns and Refunds Policy applies to the following situations:
  1. Defective or Faulty Goods: If you have received an item that is defective or faulty, Greenwild will offer a full refund including all shipping costs pertained to the order.
  2. Unsuitable Goods: If you deem the items you have ordered as unsuitable, Greenwild will offer a store credit for the amount paid (less shipping) within 14 days of receipt of your order provided the goods are un-used

*The term “defective” is to be confirmed by Greenwild, and is defined as:

Food-Item: Unfit for safe consumption, due to its age, contamination, or packaging damages. All tea pouches should arrive sealed to protect the quality and safety of your tea. If this seal is broken, the tea is not safe for consumption.

Non-food Item: Unfit for use, due to any visible damages, including breaks, tears, or contamination of any sort.
